In April of 2016, co-founder and former member of this firm (see our History), Attorney Daniel Kelly was appointed to the Wisconsin Supreme Court by then-Governor Scott Walker. Kelly was recently selected by the Wisconsin voters in the primary to be one of the candidates on the ballot April 4th, 2023 to fill a vacancy.

As a Supreme Court Justice, it is of utmost importance to uphold the law and its principles. This means that one must be well-versed in the law and be able to interpret it fairly and objectively. It is also important to ensure that the law is applied equally and without bias to all individuals, regardless of their background or beliefs. Additionally, it is important to consider the impact of decisions on society and the implications of those decisions for future generations.
